This machine was designed and manufactured by HARVESTER, designed to work seamlessly together to provide the optimum combination of flexibility and operation efficiency for each sterilization operation.

Transportation the baskets from loader station to sterilization retorts and from there on to an unload station and packaging area.

Loader and Unloaders

The range includes semi and fully automatic basket loader/unloader for cans and glass jars as well as semi and fully automatic equipment for stacking/ de-stacking and loading/unloading of trays to handle plastic containers and pouches.

The steam water spray process

The steam process is an efficient, fast and homogeneous sterilization process with air over pressure.

Direct-steam injection ensures fast and uniform come -up.sprays intensely mixes steam and water, and creates a homogeneous temperature distribution. Indirect, sterile cooling over a plate heat exchange saves water, water treatment chemical and energy

Micro Cooling

Micro cooling is a controlled and gentle transition from sterilization to cooling and avoids thermal shock or uncontrolled pressure drop
